Overview

My refund/replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement. I do not accept returns.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must have been damaged during transit. Your pet destroying it does not qualify you for a replacement or refund. I will not refund products for color variation as computer monitors may not accurately show an image’s true colors.

Non-refundable items:

  • Commissions
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital Prints

To request a refund please contact me within 7 days of purchase with photos of the product(s) that are damaged. Allow 1-2 days for evaluation and an email will be sent that a refund or replacement has been issued.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kassandra.mangaka@gmail.com and wait for approval of replacement.
